In 2023, Città product designer Nikolai Sorensen made the bold move to Ho Chi Minh City with his young family. Now, a year after returning to New Zealand, Nikolai has travelled back to Vietnam—this time on a work trip to reconnect with suppliers and craftspeople.

Nestled in the leafy suburb of Parnell, the historic Textile Centre was once a wool store for the New Zealand Shipping Co. Today, this iconic building houses a cluster of innovative businesses, including venture capital firm, Icehouse Ventures.
